TULIPMANIA @GARDEN BY THE BAY

Yesterday Me my little princess n my best friend Joice
Went to Garden by the Bay.... we got discount ticket for health care worker can cccc tulipmania
Jom let see some photo there..... ^_^
Alway mummy came here with friend we walk out side area only. It free but if day time it very hot...
Jom we enter the flower dome
It like a giant green house .... sooo coooling inside here

Must come here.... ok
now Is Tulipmania theme...  all tulip until next june

HEALTHY PUMPKIN & CARROT SOUP

 
Pumkin, trimmed and cut into chunks 200gm
carrot, peeled and cut into chunks 100gm
Onion, peeled and coarsely chopped 50gm
Celery, trimmed and coarsely chopped 50gm
Chicken stock 1.5litre
Butter  10gm/ 2tbs
Garlic  3 cloves
Bay leaf  1
Dried mixed herbs  1tsp
Black peppercorns 1 tsp

ROUX
Butter  30gm
Flour 60gm

Milk, low fat  50gm

Salt   1/2 tsp

Method:
1. Heat butter in a heavy pot, add onion and garlic cloves, saute for 1/2 mins
2. Add the pumkin, carrot, celery, bay leaf, mixed herbs and blackpeppercorns.
    Stir-fry for another 2 mins then add the stock and bring the mixture to a boil.
3. Reduce heat and simmer for half and hour.
4. Remove and blend the mixture till smooth and set aside,
5. In another heavy pot, melt the butter then add flour and stir over medium heat
    for 2 mins
6. Gradually add the blended mixture while stirring concurrently to prevent
    lumps.
7. Bring to boil. Add seasoning and milk then serve hot with bread

# 160c if want to bake pumkin 20mins
# bake bread 130 for 20 mins

BATAM GETAWAY WITH DATINS TKSS !_!

On the 13 April 2014... me n my datins TKSS gi kai kai at Batam Island.... 
yuk bersama mummy di Batam...
Eka .Me & My BFF bersama teman teman TKSS berlibur ke Pulau Batam.. 
dah lama tak jumpa teman sekolah ku            
Kita di bawa ke tempat shopping pelagi 
 All the datin suka .... shopping.... Me pon suka ^_^
pas shopping kita makan di sini. sungguh enak hidangan ni  yuk lihat.... hidangan Batam Island
mummy makan ini aja sebab baru sarapan 
pagi... agak berat juga....
mee sop dan gado gado....
dan gorengan udang berserta air buah seakan
air bandung.. berisi timun..betik. jagong cincau pon ada 
Sunguh unik air buah ini.....
Yang ada kerupuk merah tu.. sarapan pagi
kita bertiga.... di gerai berdekatan
jual kerupuk.... kerupuk udang nya sedap
mummy makan kereduk berupa sayuran mentah di campur dengan kuah kacang 
tapi ni ada rasa daun kecur macam ber herba gitu... 
enak sekali satiap kali ke sini... mesti nak makan hidangan ini sedap..... 
Eka makan gado gado rasa gado gado lah.. ada lontong. Timun kentang n kerupuk juga
dan my BFF makan ketoprak.. mee puteh bersama kuah kacang
bersama kerupuk... rasa nya seakan jenganan 
Jemput makan all.... hehehe

MEE GORENG INSTANT!_!

2day mummy work so ni aja yg sempat ku sediakan
Jemput mamam my kids... me work half day 2day... nanti tengahari I be back k...:)D


perencah mee jangan di buang... 
bolih di gunakan untuk goreng nasi pon sedap.... 
bahan bahan nya di atas tu sayuran kubis, sawi & carrot
6 packet mee instant di celor saperti biasa seminit 2 
dah angkat toss mee
cili kisar , bawang merah & bawang puteh kisar semua
tumis bahan kisar, wangi tabur serbuk mee instant di atas tadi
hanya pakai 3 packet perasa jika kita gunakan 6 packet mee segera...
jangan letak garam sebab perasa sudah ada garam di dalam nya
jika suka letak lah udang, daging, hotdog... apa apa pon boleh
gaul rata. campur mee dan sayur gaul rata tambah kicap kipas manis
dan tambahkan tomato sos gaul rata.. 
wallah mee goreng instant dah siap
sungguh mudah cuba lah

Me pon.pandang... alhamdulilah ketemu teman sekolah ku... selalu bersua di FB... now dapat jumpa... thanks Su sapa me... insyaallah kalau tersua lagi tergur lah lagi.. me ni ada rabun sikit selalu nah tak terperasan owang...^_^

so me add cili and soya sos...n tomato sos
have western taste n melayu juga
baru sedap.... hehehe
