KASWI EKA

This my girl made it. learn from mama Mida & the recipe from her Grany Cha.... thanks all teach her this.... accidently 2day we have a visitor.... my B cuzen... they say , it soo nice & soft...

here is the ingredient:
ni lah the girl seldom use malay... so bahasa also terbalik....
250gm gula melaka/ palm sugar
150gm plain sugar
250ml water
pandan leaf
boil all the ingredient until the sugar disolve
250gm plain flour
125gm tapioca flour
1Lt water
a bit of salt
at home no kapur... so she not add the item
how to do:
Flour, tapioca flour & salt add together
add water stir then add the sugar syrup then sieve
heat the cup inside the steamer....
Pour the Ingredient in the cup
steam about 10 mins
serve with coconut
wallah Kueh Koswe ready....
soo soft so yummy

anak mummy yg buat ni. Mama midah yg ajar dia dan recipe asal dari Nek Cha nya.... trima kasih all sudi ajar my Eka buat kueh ini.....
yuk lihat bahan yg akan di gunakan:
untuk masak air gulanya.
250gm gula melaka
150gm gula pasir
250Lt air
daun pandan
masak semua bahan diatas hingga gula larut
sejukkan....
250gm tepung
125gm tepung kanji/tepung ubi
secubit garam 
1 Lt air
tiada kapur dirumah. Jadi Eka tak letak
satukan kesemua bahan bahan sebati
tapis adonan
panaskan cawan kaca di dalam kukusan
tuang adunan kedalam cawan kaca
kukus selama 10 minit
hidang bersama kelapa parut
wallah dah siap..... kueh koswe
sooo lembut sooo sedap.....

menjadi.... lah sedap...
