BLUEBERRY CHEESE CAKE BAKE AKA KEK KEJU BERRY BIRU :)D

This recipe I just try..... sooo yummy.... all my friend luv it.... 
first time I try bake cheese cake.....
i take from BBC Goodfood Asian Edition- August 2013 magazine
let see the Ingredient:
300gm Digestive biscuits
140gm/ 5oz butter ,melted
275gm/10oz caster sugar ( i used 100gm sugar)
100gm/40z Blueberries
1 tsp cornflour
3x300gm pack cream cheese
4tbsp plain flour
2tsp vanilla extract 
3 large eggs
200ml soured cream ( i used yogurt berries)
  
1. Heat oven to 180C. line a 20 x 30cm rectangular tin with baking parchment.
Put the biscuits in a food processor and blitz to a fine crumb. 
Add the butter and blitz again to combine. Tip into the tin, press down firmly with the back of a spoon to cover the base, then bake for 10 mins. leave to cool.

2. For sauce: 1tsp cornflour +1tbsp cold water and add this to the pan
Add berries + 25gm  sugar 
Heat gently until the sugar dissolves.
 Increase the heat and bubble for 1-2mins until saucy.
Set a side to cool.

3. In a large bowl, whisk the cream cheese with an electric hand-held whick until smooth. Add remaining sugar and whisk again. Add the flour, vanilla, eggs and soured cream, and whisk until smooth and well combined.

4. Pour half the cheesecake mixture over the biscuit base, then spoon half the blueberry sauce on top in  a small blobs. cover with the remaining cheesecake mix and smooth the surface with a spatula. Drizzle the remaining blueberry sauce over the top, then use the end of the spoon to ripple it into the cheesecake. bake 15 mins, then lower the heat to 120C and bake for 30 mins, Turn off the oven & leave the cheesecake inside for 1 hour, then leave for 1 hour with the door ajar. Finally. leave at room temperature until completely cool. Then chill for at least 3hrs or even better, overnight.

Recipe ini baru mummy cuba.... ku bawa ke pejabat.... teman teman suka.... sedap kata mereka.... pertama kali cuba buat kek keju bakar....

yuk lihat bahan bahan nya:
300gm/ 11oz Digestive biskut.
140gm/5oz butter chair
275gm/10oz caster sugar ( mummy gunakan 100gm)
100gm/4oz blueberry
1 tsp tepung jagung
3 x 300gm cream cheese
4 tbsp tepung gandum
2 tsp vanilla extract
3 biji telur besar
200ml soured cream (mummy gunakan yogurt berries)

1. panaskan oven 180C. Loyang mummy alas aluminium foil. biskut masuk kedalam blender kisar halus, masuk butter cair kisar supaya rata. tuang di loyang ratakan mampat dengan belakang sudu. bakar selama 10 mins. biarkan sejuk selama 10 mins

2. bahan sauce
1 tbsp air sejuk + 1 tsp tepung jagung kacau rata +25gm gula + berries 
di api yang perlahan kacau sahingga gula larut. sederhanakan api kacau 
hingga memdidih 1 ke 2 mins hingga sos pekat... biar sejuk....

3. cream cheese di kacau hingga lembut kembang + gula kacau kembang
masukan tepung, vanila, telur & yougurt kacau rata. 

4. Tuang 1/2 adunan cheesekek kedalam loyang. tuang 1/2 adonan sos berries keatas adonan cheesekek tadi. kemudian tuang lebehan adonan cheesekek keatas adonan berries ratakan. lebehan berries tuang permukaan cheesekek tadi.
gunakan pemegang sudu di lorek lorekan bulat bulat ke kiri ke kanan suka hati lah

bakar diapi 180C tadi selama 15 mins, kemudian perlahanan kepada 120C selama 30mins
padam api biarkan kek didalam oven selama 1jam, kemudian buka pintu oven sedikit diamkan kek lagi 1 jam dan akhir sekali diamkan di suhu bilik selama 3 jam atau masukan di dalam peti sejuk semalaman..... 
hehehe mesti sabau diamkan dia betapa berejam rejam.... hehehe
baru boleh potong ..... oooi rasa yummy
but  per bar 606kcals....boleh tergugat if siapa on diet ni....
hehehe selamat mencuba..... :)D

HAPPY NURSES DAY ALL !!!

This I shoot 1 August 2013..... belom lagi lambat ye.... 
mummy nak ucapkan Happy nurses day for all my friends at Changi General Hospital . 

Especially for my CSSD/TSSU kids n my little girl missy... Eka.... 
happy nurses day..... for U guys & I luv U all big big.... hehehe
alhamdulilah 45 packs cukup untuk anak anak mummy ni..... 
ada 40 lebeh anak now hehehe
from the famous Garret popcorn shop
this mine... all i distribute i write down their name....
adil kan..... hehehe

DAH 50 CENT ....... HEHEHE


 Semenjak usia naik pangkat ke 50 sen ni...... 
Terpaksa la belajar telan benda ala ni
If dolu.... Mummy telan jamu n ubat periuk..... 
But dah naik pangkat ke alam senior citizen ni
Ini pula lah..... Yang ku telan...... Nak ikut kan, malas nak telan....
Sebab ada tablet yg gedek.. Sukar nak telan.... But paksakan juga.....
If dulu.... Ponteng ponteng makan si dia ni..... 
Now dah 2 tahun paksa secara tetap must must telan akan si dia ni......
