HEALTHY YAM PASTE

Ingredient:
Yam [sliced] - 800gm
Water chestnut, removed skin & diced - 5
Pumpkin [sliced] - 100 gm
Sugar - 200gm
Pandan leaves - 1stalk
Method:
1.   Mix sugar and yam, steam for 30 minutes
2.   Blend yam till smooth
3.   Return yam paste to tray: add water chestnut, stir well.
4.   Add pandan leaves and pumpkin on yam paste, steam for 20 minutes.
5.   Put the yam paste in a bowl and serve hot
