SWEET & SOUR FISH NEK TIMAH

let's look at the ingredient:
clean the fish and wash
 fried fish
large onions sliced
2 red chillies chopped
1 tomato sliced
minced garlic
dried chilli 10 sticks & shrimp paste blender
  1 stalk lemon grass on tap
oil to saute
salt and sugar to taste
calamansi juice 2 cloves
little tomato sauce

how to make:
Heat the oil. Saute garlic
add chilli paste, fragrant
  add onions, tomato slices and  chilli stir
add sugar and salt to taste
lastly add tomato souce and  calamansi juice 
pour sauce over fried fish

Wallah sweet and sour fish
so easy try ok

ini pun recipe nenek mummy yang di turun kan pada me
kini mummy letak di blog ini..... recipe antik tau...... hehehe

mari lihat bahan yang akan di gunakan:
ikan bersehkan dan cuci
goreng ikan  
bawang besar di hiris 
2 cili merah hiris
1 biji tomato hiris
bawang putih di cincang
lada kering 10 batang 
sedikit belacan
 1 batang serai di ketuk
minyak untuk menumis
garam dan gula secukup rasa
jus limau kasturi 2 biji
sedikit tomato sos

cara membuat :
panaskan minyak. tumis bawang putih
campukan cili kisar , wangi
 campurkan bawang hiris , tomato hiris, tomato sos
 dan cili hiris kacau rata
tambah gula dan garam secukup rasa
akhir sekali perah limau kasturi kacau rata
tuang kuah diatas ikan goreng 

wallah ikan asam manis recipe antik tau
sungguh mudah cuba  ok

      recipe antik gitukan.....nenek mummy yang ajar ni..... my nenek orang jowo so all masakan nya ada rasa masam, manis, pedas..... gitu lah...hehehe :)D
