COCOA BANANA BAR


This recipe from Treat & Trick blog, this recipe eggs less & less sugar. that makes mummy interested to try ....  mummy now, trying to lose weight, so this recipe is perfect for mummy
let's see the ingredient:
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup self-rising flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup evaporated milk [i use buttermilk]
2 tbs coco powder
pinch of salt
3 mashed bananas in
  how to make, come let see:
preheat oven to 170 degree rub butter in 9 x 12 inch baking pan Sprinkle flour
mix together the oats, sugar and coco powder into a mixing bowl poweder
milk, butter and banana mixwell, add in dry ingredients mix well
pour into prepared tray and bake for 25 minutes
let sit in the tray for 5 minutes
Slice while they are warm

recipe ini dari blog seorang teman blogger, TREAT & TRICK blog, kebanyakan recipe nye tidak mengunakan telor & kurang gula itu yang membuat mummy tertarik untuk mencuba.... almaalum mummy sedang berusaha menurunkan berat badan, jadi recipe ini sesuai untuk mummy
mari kita lihat bahan bahan nye:
                                 1 cawan rolled oat
1 cawan tepong naik sendiri
1/2 cawan gula
1/4 cawan butter cair
1/4 cawan susu cair
2 tbs coco serbuk
sedikit garam
3 biji pisang di lecek
 cara membuat nya:
panaskan oven 170 degree sapu butter di loyang 9 x 12 inci tabur tepong

satukan oat, tepong gula dan coco poweder  ke dalam mixing bowl
susu, butter dan pisang gaul rata campur bahan kering gaul rata
tuang di loyang dan bakar selama 25 minit
biarkan selama 5 minit baru di potong semasa ia maseh panas lagi

Wallah Dah siap my Coco Banana Bar
ia satu hidangan yang menyehatkan 
cuba lah..... hehehe :-)D
