TART CUP MUMSIE AKA TARD CAWAN MUMSIE

this mummy get idea during visiting Raya @ one of friend then mummy modified a bit caused the original recipe to soft, even can't hold it
come let see the ingredient:
250 gm butter
450 gm flour
1 egg
2 tbs condense milk
1/2 tsp vanilla powder/ Crystal
1 tsp emplex
(original from my mother  In law: info from mu beluv sister In law Salamah Awang)
the ingredient:
5 pineapple cut the skin & grated don't to fine
750 gm sugar
1 pcs cinnamon stick
 5 spice

2 tbs honey & 2 tbs butter
 ( this mummy idea , In order to shine and long-lasting core and tastes good )
How to cook the Jam:
put the pine apple in a wok add in the 5 spice & cinnamon stick in
on the fire, keep stir until it tick
then add honey & butter
How to do:
butter & milk beat until fluffy, add in egg mixed well
Flour , emplex, vanilla powder sift together.
add in bit by bit in the butter mixed well
add in the dough in the cup mould press a bit make hole & put the jam in 
decorate as u like
Bake 20 mins in oven 170 degree

VERSI BAHASA MELAYU
Ini mummy get the idea semasa ziarah raya di rumah se orang kenalan then mummy ubahsuai sedikit kerana  recipe asal terlalu lembot,  baru pegang dah berderai.
Bahan pastry nye:
250gm mentega
450gm tepong gandom
1 biji telor
2 tbs susu pekat 
1/2 tsp vanilla  powder
1tsp emplex

 (inti sumber ibu mentua ku: info dari my beluv kakak ipar Salamah Awang)
Bahan bahan inti nye:
5 biji nanan buang kulit cuci n pasak kasar kasar tos
750gm gula 
se batang kayu manis, pelaga & beberapa kuntum cengkeh, 2tbs madu & 2tbs butter

cara memasak inti:
masokkan nanas & gula dalam kuali or periok masak atas api campakkan kayu manis, pelaga & cengkeh, then stir until pekat. akhir sekali baru masokan madu & butter
 (madu & butter untok mengilat dan inti tahan lama dan rasanya enak )
Cara membuatnya:
butter & susu pekat di kacau kembang,  masokan telor kacau lagi.
ayak tepong, emplex & vanilla powder di mangkok yg lain, 
campor sedikit sedikit tepong ke dalam adonan butter, uli hingga menjadi doh.
Ambil doh masok kedalam acuan kecil saperti di gambar tertera, ratakan & lubangkan tengah dengan jari. isi kan inti hias sesuka hati, 
bakar di dalam oven dengan suhu 180 Degree hingga kekuningan

Wallah tard kecil yg comel dan sedap sekali....
