ALMOND SUJI BAI

let C the ingredient:
1 can of QBB Ghee
1 can sugar
1tsp of potas ( can buy @ Indian Shop) or (sodium bicarbonate)
3 3/4 can flour
How to do:
Ghee & sugar beat until fluffy
potas & flour sift together
add in flour a bit by bit mixed well, just scope it & circle it like marble
put almond on top used white egg to glue it
bake 20 mins 180 degree

Wallah Almond Sugee Bai ready..... :-)D
Why mummy name ofter the Bai this recipe
Bai selling bread @ my Village give the recipe to my mom Bik Jan..... hehehe
the taste soooo yummy, cruncy 
actually my mom have Indian blood...... Bengali
My Granny Fatemahbee is a Bengali married with my Granpa Hasan a Boyan guy... hehehe

Bahan bahanye:
se tin ghee

3 3/4 tin tepong gandom
1tsp potas yang boleh di beli di kedai india

Cara membuat nye:
Ghee & gula di putar hingga puteh kembang.
ayak tepong & potas,
add tepong abit abit in the ghee sambil di putar
add tepong till finish, scope ke dalam loyang pembakar bulat bulatkan
sapu putih telur & letak badam hiris 
bakar 20 mins 180 deg hingga masak

MY GRANNY FATEMAH KETURUNAN BENGALI MARRIED WITH 
BOYAN GUY MY ATOK HASSAN ..... HEHEHE

  2. buy ghee gunakan tin that tin sebagai acuan sukatan k, dont use other tin nanti jadi lain....hehehe, sedap recepi bai roti ni tau... u tak caya dtg sini lah me baru bake tadi..... besau besau mummy buat.....hehehe

  3. pasal Bai kasi recepi kat BikJan tu betoi not a story ye,semasa kita stay @ 26 Jalan masjid dolu, ade Bai very early in the morning jual roti kat kampong kite, that Bai lah yg give the recepi.... this morning mummy confirm with BIK Jan....k story true tulin... that why suji dia sebiji macam bai nye... sbb bai yg kasi the recepi k

    1. potas ni u bole dpt di kedai aci jual rempah. mesti tau punya. cari kt kedai lama2 org india tau.dia warna putih. tpg dia nmpk thick gitu.

      Di Singapore if u all nak dapat kan original potas boleh pergi ke kedai mama yg terletak di sekolah Telok Kurau Sec. sch. Along Changi road tu.... If Susah nak dapat boleh gantikan dengan SODA BICARBONATE . Di kedai biasa pon Ada di jual....

  6. potas is a kind of white thick flour.dia colour putih. if u ask kedai aci jual rempah2 sure they know. potas ni la yg buat dia bersarang. instead of using bicarbonate of soda or baking powder and samolina flour u use plain flour and put potas. tengah2 dia akan merekah n garing.
