MAYO, CILI SOS & BBQ SOS
BAHAN HIRIS:
TIMON HIRIS BULAT
TOMATO HIRIS BULAT
KOBIS HIRIS HALOS

CARA MENYEDIAKAN NYE:
MUDAH SAJA
AMBIL ROTI
ATOR TIMON N TOMATO THEN 
TABORANKAN HIRISAN HOTDOG ON TOP
TABUR CHEESE TABUR KOBIS
LAST SEKALI PICIT KAN MAYO, SOS TOMATO / CILI & BBQ SOS
THEN LETAKAN SEKEPING LAGI ROTI ON TOP

BANANA PANCAKE

Ri ni gi pasar jumpa pisang...... suka betoi dgn cik pisang....
 so mummy buat lagi Banana Pancake......hehehe


Ini bahan superstarnye....... hihihi cik pisang

Ini bahan utama:
5 ulas pisang 
7tbs sugar
3 tbs oat
12 tbs plain flour

cara membuatnye:
pisang di ramas add sugar gaul rata
add oat gaul lagi
add flour abit abit till finish
panaskan non stick pan sapu butter or minyak masak sikit
scope 1 tbs  buat lah 4 scope jarak jarak tutop kuali sabentar
after a few minit open the pan terbalikan pan cake dah agak kuning angkat


WALLAH DAH SIAP BANANA PAN CAKE...... HEHEHE

DUBOKKI

Rini anak wehdok ku masak..............hehehe, semenjak dua menjak ni rajin lah si Cher masak...... but masakan nye semuanye pelik pelik, dari segi rasa dan namanye.......
Masakan Korea kali ni, rasa nye  ade spicy cikit, masam masam cikit gitu
nanti mummy add the recipe, jempot mamma semua.............(:

ALMOND SUJI BAI

let C the ingredient:
1 can of QBB Ghee
1 can sugar
1tsp of potas ( can buy @ Indian Shop) or (sodium bicarbonate)
3 3/4 can flour
How to do:
Ghee & sugar beat until fluffy
potas & flour sift together
add in flour a bit by bit mixed well, just scope it & circle it like marble
put almond on top used white egg to glue it
bake 20 mins 180 degree

Cara membuat nye:
Ghee & gula di putar hingga puteh kembang.
ayak tepong & potas,
add tepong abit abit in the ghee sambil di putar
add tepong till finish, scope ke dalam loyang pembakar bulat bulatkan
sapu putih telur & letak badam hiris 
bakar 20 mins 180 deg hingga masak

TOM YUM MAMA MIDA

Sonang je, Baru ask my sister, i call her mama, mama nye tom yum so yummy.... if me Corner kat Sembawang ade tom yum so happy mummy, suka sesangat with her
Tom Yum,ta per nah buat...... dok order my sister buatkan aje.....
 today mummy try buat..... hehehe
TOM YUM MAMA MIDA
 Bahan bahan nye:
didih air dalam pot campak tom yam maggi 4cube , 
campak bawang puteh n serai de ketok or belah je lah,
langkuas ketok add in, bawang jepon belah 4 add in,
add bahan super star cili padi di lopas kan begitu saja dont tumbok k
 if ade daun lemau porot n daun ketumbar add in last sekali.
dideh betoi betoi...... baru add in fish ball, crab stick, or crab chunky
, sayoran ape saje yg suka 
kan add in all seafood item lebor kan aje,
 if suka celor mee puteh or kuning ikot suka......
add kuah n bahan tadi on top

SAMBAL BELACAN

Sambal Belacan ni sambal wajib, must ade selalu di dalam my ice box........ hehehe

last week daddy inform mummy dia bring back taugeh ask my girl masak....
daddy say ape........ my girl on computer check kat internet how to goreng the taugeh....... hehehe

bahan bahan nye:
cili hidop merah 5 batang, my granny Nek Haji Fatimah say must angka ganjil kalau nak buat sambat belacan..... why mummy lupa lak nak tanye, maybe untok tambah sedap nye.....
satu cube belacan  di pangang, tumbok jangan halos sangat belah 2 biji lemau kasturi buang biji ambil juice nye gaul sambal belacan n juice lemau, if suka manis letak sesudu gula,

DAGING SWEET & SOUR

this daging masak sweet sour...... mummy masak for anak anak buah yg datang berkunjong kat rumah mummy raye lopas. naik takot lak dah siap sekuali besau..... bukan ape takot tak habis..... siapa lah yg nak makan ni......

Bahan Bahan nye:
daging cincang sekilo

bahan tumis:
bawang puteh 2tbs, halia 1/2tsp
serbok kari 1tbs, cili paste 3tbs


tomato kicap 1botol, daun ketumbar se ikat, 
bawang besar 5 biji dadu, carot potong dadu, kentang potong dadu , bunga kobis, kacang peas, bawang goreng.

Cara memasak nye:
tumis bahan bahan tumis, wangi add daging, kacau rata, dah bekuah sikit add kentang. carrot, kacau rata, add tomato botol bawang besar sayoran gaul rata, last sekali add garam n gula ikot suka rasa...... angkat hidangkan dgn bawang goreng n taburan daun ketumbar.......

AYAM BLACK PEPPER

MY LITTLE BOY SUKA SANGAT THIS LAUK NAMA GLAMOUR 
BLACK PEPPER CHICKEN.
MY MUM SAY AYAM MASAK KICAP LAH.....HEHEHE

Bahan bahan nye:
sekilo ayam buang kulit cuci, potong ikot suka
garam kunyit, abit serbok cili sedikit tepong beras, bawang puteh tumbok gaul rata
perap sebentar, panaskan mimyak goreng ayam membal aje, 
bahan tumis:
bawang puteh 1 tbs
bawang merah 2 tbs
lada hitam 1 tsp
halia 1/2 tsp

kentang potong ikot suka goreng
bawang besar potong bulat bulat
tomato potong bulat
kacang pea
tomato kicap 2tbs
kicap manis cap kipas

Cara memasak:
tumis bahan bahan tumis, wangi
 add ayam gaul rata add kicap manis add tomato kicap,
gaul rata add bawang besar bulat , bawang layu 
add tomato gaulrata last add kacang pea 
kentang goreng, tabor bawang goreng & daun sop bawang

URAP DOW MIOW

Last week my girl ask mummy buatkan urap urap, dah kesiangan..... 
gi NTUC  near by aje, sayoran dah ta banyak, grab aje, ape yang ade, 
ade daun Dow Miow, kat Singapore they all call daun miow miow 
dia halos ade rase pahit sikit, sedap di goreng

Bahan bahan nye:
se packet daun Daw Miow
se ikat kang kong
taugeh

Bahan sangai
bawang puteh 3 butir
mummy suka pedas so cili padi segengam lebeh kurang 20 biji or more if like
udang kering, cikit aje blacan, yg importance cekor ubi
 dah di sangai wangi kisar halos 

 (daun cekor hiris halos)
sepeket kelapa parot puteh,

add bahan kisar dengan kelapa parot dan daun cekor  tabor garam sikit untok tahan lama kelapa di kukos or if malas.... sangai aje lah

all sayoran after cuci potong sesuka hati, celor all sayor, but daun dow miow tak payah potong just cuci n celor
gaul sayoran n bahan sangai tadi......

400GM MACARONI APA APA BRAND PON BANTAI AJE LAH.....HEHEHE
CILI PASTE 3TBS
1TBS BAWANG PUTEH
2TBS BAWANG MERAH
MINYAK UNTOK TUMIS
 3 OR 4 STICK HOTDOG HIRIS BUJOR
& MY DAGING SERBAGUNA
CARROT PASAK HALOS, SAWI CIKIT IF SUKE N KOBIS
BAHAN TABOR:
SCRAMBLE EGG, BAWANG GORENG , OREGANO IF SUKA
CARA MEMBUAT NYE:
TUMIS BAWANG PUTEH, WANGI ADD BAWANG MERAH AGAK KEKUNINGAN ADD DAGING SEBAGUNA n ADD HOTDOG HIRIS, KACAU RATA, ADD IN TOMATO KICHUP, BBQ SOS N TABOR ALL THE VEGE 
GAUL RATA , MASAK MATIKAN API SPRINKLE OREGANO GAUL RATA
HIDANG BERSAMA SCAMBLE EGG, BAWANG GORENG

WALLAH MACARONI GORENG SIAP.......(:

PIZA TOAST

Recipe ini tercipta sesama mummy mula bekerja, so nak tingalkan anak anak must ade makanan di dalam ice box, yg mudah anak anak membuat nye.


Mummy pon beli 
daging cincang se kilo
 mix vege 2dollar
bawang puteh tumbok halos
 bawang besar 4. Biji potong dadu
halia 2 hiris tumbok


Cara Cara nye:
Tumis bawang puteh wangi add halia gaul rata add daging cincang gaul rata
add 1tbs rempah kari. Kering sikit add bawang besar gaul rata.
Add 1tbs BBQ sos n sos tomato sikit add mix vege akhir sekali......







Wallah dah siap daging serbaguna..... Can use for toast, roti john or rencah pasta
 kali ini mummy nak buat PIZA TOAST je.....


Bahan bahanye:
sebantal roti perancis or roti biasa pon boleh
potong dua, sapu on top with sos tomato or cili
ambil inti daging tadi tabor on top then tabor mozarella cheese jika ade if ta ade gunakan cheese slice then picit BBQ sos, tomato or chili sos then mayonnaise,
akhir sekali masokan dalam toster bakar selama 4 or 5 min 

WALLAH PIZZA TOAST.... YUM YUM
JEMPOT MAMAM .....HEHEHE

TART CUP MUMSIE AKA TARD CAWAN MUMSIE

this mummy get idea during visiting Raya @ one of friend then mummy modified a bit caused the original recipe to soft, even can't hold it
come let see the ingredient:
250 gm butter
450 gm flour
1 egg
2 tbs condense milk
1/2 tsp vanilla powder/ Crystal
1 tsp emplex
(original from my mother  In law: info from mu beluv sister In law Salamah Awang)
the ingredient:
5 pineapple cut the skin & grated don't to fine
750 gm sugar
1 pcs cinnamon stick
 5 spice

2 tbs honey & 2 tbs butter
 ( this mummy idea , In order to shine and long-lasting core and tastes good )
How to cook the Jam:
put the pine apple in a wok add in the 5 spice & cinnamon stick in
on the fire, keep stir until it tick
then add honey & butter
How to do:
butter & milk beat until fluffy, add in egg mixed well
Flour , emplex, vanilla powder sift together.
add in bit by bit in the butter mixed well
add in the dough in the cup mould press a bit make hole & put the jam in 
decorate as u like
Bake 20 mins in oven 170 degree

Ini mummy get the idea semasa ziarah raya di rumah se orang kenalan then mummy ubahsuai sedikit kerana  recipe asal terlalu lembot,  baru pegang dah berderai.
Bahan pastry nye:
250gm mentega
450gm tepong gandom
1 biji telor
2 tbs susu pekat 
1/2 tsp vanilla  powder
1tsp emplex

 (inti sumber ibu mentua ku: info dari my beluv kakak ipar Salamah Awang)
Bahan bahan inti nye:
5 biji nanan buang kulit cuci n pasak kasar kasar tos
750gm gula 
se batang kayu manis, pelaga & beberapa kuntum cengkeh, 2tbs madu & 2tbs butter

cara memasak inti:
masokkan nanas & gula dalam kuali or periok masak atas api campakkan kayu manis, pelaga & cengkeh, then stir until pekat. akhir sekali baru masokan madu & butter
 (madu & butter untok mengilat dan inti tahan lama dan rasanya enak )
Cara membuatnya:
butter & susu pekat di kacau kembang,  masokan telor kacau lagi.
ayak tepong, emplex & vanilla powder di mangkok yg lain, 
campor sedikit sedikit tepong ke dalam adonan butter, uli hingga menjadi doh.
Ambil doh masok kedalam acuan kecil saperti di gambar tertera, ratakan & lubangkan tengah dengan jari. isi kan inti hias sesuka hati, 
bakar di dalam oven dengan suhu 180 Degree hingga kekuningan

Wallah tard kecil yg comel dan sedap sekali....

CHOCOLATE CORNFLAKE MUMSIE

This very simple and easy to do, our little ones like it so much.......
leh see the ingredient:
Cornflake (use nestle cornflake the best.....hehehe)
Chocolate coating
paper cup
color sugar ball
how to do.... so easy:
melt the chocolate use double boiling method (take a pot pour water inside then on top of it
 put another bowl add chocolate coating, use medium heat)
  then add in cornflake mixed well until all cornflake cover with chocolate
 put in paper cup then sprinkle kan sugar ball
let it cool in room temperature

Wallah my chocolate cornflake
try lah so easy.... ;-)D
